Landing Craft Support Museum’s 9th Annual Convention and the USS Washoe County LST 1165 Association 25h Annual Reunion

The dates for the 2024 combined for the USS Washoe County LST 1165 Association reunion and the Landing Craft Support Museum convention has been set. The dates where we could get the best price at the hotel was September 4th though the 8th, 2024. The hotel selected on our trip to Indianapolis, Indiana was the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport Ameriplex. The address is 8555 Stanstead Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241.

All you need to do is pick your dates and the box “group rate” will show. Select that box after selecting your dates. You may also call the hotel direct at 1-(317) 856-6200. If you wish to book dates three days before and after the reunion’s dates, you will need to call the hotel directly and use the Landing Craft Support Museum as the code words. We can’t stress enough that if you decide to attend, make sure you reserve your room early.

Reservation Cut-off Date:

As a reminder, reservations must be made before mid- night on 8/4/2024. We may be able to add rooms only if space is available after the cut-off date. You may cancel a room reservation up to 72 hours before our event without penalty. You must register early to make sure rooms are available. Reservations must be made before August 4, 2024, to receive the discounted rate offered.

You don’t have to be a member of the USS Washoe County Association or the Landing Craft Support Museum to attend. Friends, family, and veterans are always welcome! So, start packing your bags for a fun and historic look at Indianapolis, Indiana. We cannot stress enough, make your reservations early!
